I used these metrics to build multi-channel marketing strategies that led to a 40% increase in web traffic over 12 months. I mined organizational databases to build insights about personas, identifying an opportunity to deliver the most successful fundraising campaign in the organization's history. By analysis of user data, I developed KPIs and leading indicators to develop an extremely successful monthly subscription model aimed at an extremely niche audience.
